What an enormous waste of time!

Money is energy

An exchange of money is simply an exchange of energy.

Just as energy is meant to move, money is meant to circulate. So spend + receive freely, rather than hoarding money.

95% of your thoughts are unconscious

Most of the time we're running on autopilot + unaware of our thoughts, which dictate our behaviors, which create our life.

Medical diagnoses aren't a life sentence

Don't attach to a diagnosis and make it a part of your identity.

Your mind is so powerful that it can actually heal your body!

You can be, do, and have anything you want

Gone are the days of having to fit inside the box, follow the rules, + settle for ordinary.

Strength training > cardio

Both have their place, but weight lifting builds muscle, which helps you burn more calories while at rest. 

Everything should be questioned, rather than accepted

Use your critical thinking skills and ask yourself:

  • Is this really true?
  • Where's the proof?
  • Who benefits from it being true?

Sugar is poison

They told us to count calories, avoid carbs, reduce sodium intake... but really, we should be cutting out sugar, which can cause a myriad of health issues.

Unlearning is just as important as learning

To truly thrive in life, you must become aware of old thought + behavior patterns that aren't serving you and start unlearning them.
