It's A Matter Of The Mind
Have you ever wondered how the universe even exists?
As a child I was always fascinated by the stars. I would spend hours awake at night stargazing and wondering how big the universe actually was and how existence itself was even possible.
Being brought up in a Catholic family certainly left me with more questions about life and existence than answers. Being conditioned to see god as something external to me never quite felt right.
I stopped going to church in my late teens because I felt completely supported by god through my prayers without the need for it.
Then it dawned on me, if I could pray to god in my own mind and feel a sense of peace, then is it possible that god is always with me? Is it possible god can hear me because we are never separated?
Even after that realization, I could never quite put the pieces to this beautiful puzzle we call existence together. Not until I began to do my own research and discovered through quantum physics that everything in the universe is actually energy.
Quantum physics states that our mind and matter are intimately connected, that it’s impossible to separate the two. Matter has a mind and mind is matter, and you cannot pull them apart.
So what does this all mean?
It means the entire universe is a living entity and we are all a part of it. The universe is like one big mind connected to everything in the multiverse - and it’s through your consciousness that you have access to all of it!
To sum it up, what you see outside of you doesn’t exist in the way you perceive it. Without your mind, your world wouldn’t exist. What you see, you see in separation... but the truth is, you are never separated from that one universal mind, consciousness, god, or energy source. It doesn’t matter what you call it.
Why is it so important to understand this?
Your beliefs are creating your reality, and if you believe that something outside of you is creating your reality, you unconsciously give your power away to something that doesn’t exist without the mind that created it.
That’s the moment you begin internalizing something that was never a part of you, and it’s what you unconsciously make that mean about you that controls what you feel and experience internally, both in mind and body. The body keeps the score because the mind programs the body through your beliefs.
The question is, what have you unconsciously believed through the illusion of separation?
