Experiencing some nervousnesss before an important event or deadline
Regular + recurring feelings of worry that disrupt your daily life
Fearing a situation that may be dangerous or scary
Avoiding situations that increase feelings of anxiety and discomfort
Worry + stress that comes and goes, but doesn’t take over your entire day
Constantly fearing worst case scenario + experiencing looping thoughts of what if?
Can cope in any given situation
Struggles to function normally or concentrate in daily life
May experience butterflies in the stomach and slight nerves that come + go
Constantly feeling physically ill and fatigued
May experience slight feelings of stress + worry
May experience shortness of breath, body tremors, heart palpitations + panic attacks

Everyone experiences anxiety, but there’s a BIG DIFFERENCE between feeling anxious occasionally, and suffering from chronic anxiety and anxiety disorders.

People who experience feelings of anxiety from time-to-time can function and live a relatively normal life.

People who experience chronic anxiety and anxiety disorders struggle on a daily basis because of both the physical sensations/ailments + mental chatter they have to deal with. It’s not only debilitating, but exhausting for them.

When it comes to chronic anxiety, there’s a strong correlation with intergenerational trauma, environmental factors, childhood, and upbringing.

For me, chronic anxiety was a direct result of being brought up in an environment with domestic violence + alcoholism, being abandoned by my father as a child, and carrying the energetic imprint from family lineage (i.e. my grandparents experiencing war and political injustice in Croatia).

These things put my nervous system in a state of dysregulation, creating a patterned flight trauma response, which resulted in chronic anxiety that I started to experience from a very young age.

However, as I’ve learned, you don’t have to suffer from chronic anxiety for the rest of your life.

Taking medications can alleviate some of the symptoms of chronic anxiety, but it doesn’t stop the root cause of the patterned stress response.

Through my own personal journey and understanding of the mind-body connection and human consciousness, I’ve been able to weaken these patterned stress responses and start breaking the cycle of chronic anxiety carried through family lineage.

I no longer experience anxiety chronically and have a better awareness of my nervous system, knowing how I feel and where it stems from. This has helped me minimise the extent of the anxiety I feel + releasing and allowing energy to flow through my body without attachment.

If you suffer from anxiety chronically and anxiety + panic disorders and want to overcome it (without relying on meds), we can help you. E-mail us if you’re interested in booking a free consultation call or want to learn more about 1:1 coaching.
