For me, chronic anxiety was a direct result of being brought up in an environment around alcoholism + domestic violence, being abandoned by my father as a child, and carrying the energetic imprint from family lineage (i.e. my grandparents experiencing war and political injustice in Croatia).

These things created a patterned flight trauma response, putting my nervous system in a state of dysregulation, which resulted in the chronic anxiety that I started to experience from as young as I can remember.

Having this nervous energy in my body contributed to me developing a number of anxiety disorders, including: GAD, OCD, panic disorder, PTSD, social anxiety and agoraphobia.

However, as I’ve learned, being diagnosed with chronic anxiety + anxiety disorders doesn’t have to be a life sentence.

The truth is this:

Your DNA is programmable, not fixed.

Your consciousness can heal ANYTHING.

...but only if you believe it can (remember: your beliefs create your reality).

Unfortunately, society and western medicine tell us we need to resort to something outside of ourselves to manage chronic conditions. They bank on us being reliant on a bandaid solution because it makes the most profit. This disempowers us and keeps us attached to the labels given to us.
